L. M. Paul Mediator
Mediation is a process led by a trained third party neutral mediator to help parties in conflict try to resolve a dispute. Decisions are made by the disputants.
A mediator's role is to help the parties communicate in a calm and courteous fashion.
It is also important that each party share their side honestly and the mediator will assist in clarifying their interests.
Linda will provide impartial and confidential conflict resolution services for individuals or groups in conflict.
A Kingston Ontario mediator, she will guarantee to work towards the best possible agreement between the two parties and help them arrive at a mutually agreed upon solution.
